• Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm EST. Excludes U.S. Federal Holidays.
• All orders are subject to approval. We will contact you if needed.
• Please note we are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout and cannot change the address after order has shipped.
Shipping is available ONLY to shipping addresses in the United States. At this time, we unfortunately do not offer shipping outside of the United States. Any orders requesting shipping outside of the United States will be refunded.
• Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for order processing and delivery. If more than 4 weeks have passed since the date your order was placed, please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be processed in the event that an order is deemed undeliverable.
• We source our products from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer a wide variety of high-quality products with unique designs at competitive prices. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, we kindly request that customers allow for the aforementioned delivery time.
• Free shipping is available on all orders placed under the standard delivery time. Certain products may be available on a rush basis, short of the standard 3-4 week timeframe, for an additional fee. If you would like to know whether rush delivery is available on a certain product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the product name and we will return an email with availability and pricing (if applicable).
Order Change or Cancellation
In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we begin processing an order immediately after it is placed. For this reason, there is a very short time frame to make any changes or cancellations to an order once it has been submitted.
